The earliest of the date on which the Ticket is reserved, purchased, or issued, and as amended through the date of travel

All published routes and services provided by the Carrier, as well as all fares and charges published by the Carrier

Applicable laws, rules, or security directives from U.S. or foreign governmental agencies

<p>Yes, the Carrier can change the terms of this Contract of Carriage in its sole discretion and to the extent not prohibited by law, but all changes must be in writing and approved by an authorized representative of Southwest Airlines.</p> Signup and view all the answers

<p>The Passenger's sole recourse is to request a refund of the fare paid for unused travel, which must be made prior to the date on which travel was to commence.</p> Signup and view all the answers
