Question Paper Structure
- The question paper is divided into two sections: Section-A and Section-B.
Section-A Details
- Section-A has 80 objective type questions, out of which 40 are compulsory.
- If more than 40 questions are answered, only the first 40 will be evaluated.
- Each question carries 1 mark.
- Answers must be marked on the OMR answer sheet using a black or blue ball pen by darkening the correct circle.
- The use of whiteners, liquid material, blades, or nails on the OMR sheet is prohibited. If used, the result will be invalid.
Section-B Details
- Section-B contains short answer type questions from 5 subjects of Social Science.
- Each question carries 2 marks.
- History has 6 short answer type questions (Q. Nos. 1 to 6), where any 3 questions are to be answered.
- Political Science has 4 short answer type questions (Q. Nos. 9 to 12), where any 2 questions are to be answered.
- Economics has 4 short answer type questions (Q. Nos. 15 to 18), where any 2 questions are to be answered.
- Geography has 6 short answer type questions (Q. Nos. 21 to 26), where any 3 questions are to be answered.
- Disaster Management has 4 short answer type questions (Q. Nos. 29 to 32), where any 2 questions are to be answered.
- There are 4 long answer type questions (Q. Nos. 7, 8, 13, 14, 19, 20, 27, 28).
- Each long answer type question carries 4 marks.
- One long answer type question from History, Political Science, Economics, and Geography is to be answered.
