• Sky Zone operates indoor trampoline parks, featuring expansive connected trampolines and wall trampolines for bouncing.
• Established in 2004, the parks cater to all ages and abilities with various activities like open jump, dodgeball, and fitness classes.

Activities Offered

• Sky Zone provides diverse activities, including open jumping, dodgeball, birthday parties, fitness classes (SkyRobics), and corporate events.

Waivers and Reservations

• Valid waivers for walk-in guests are retained for one year; bringing a new waiver is advisable for uncertainty.
• Every jumper must sign a liability waiver; minors require a parent's signature.
• Reservations are recommended for guaranteed jump times, although walk-ins are accepted.

Safety and Jumping Guidelines

• Jumpers must wear SkySocks; reusable if clean and intact.
• There are no age restrictions, but supervision is recommended for children 6 and under.
• Weight limit for jumpers is set at 300 lbs.
• Jumpers are separated by size for safety; parents may jump but might not be next to their children.

Injury and Safety Measures

• Injury risks exist like in any physical activity; most injuries are minor and usually occur due to rule violations.
• Safety monitors oversee courts and enforce rules aimed at minimizing injuries.
• Trampoline courts are designed with walls and safety nets, and strict regulations ensure user safety.

Guest Experience Terminology

• Facility locations are called Parks, and trampoline fields are identified as Trampoline Courts.

Dodgeball Game Structure

• Dodgeball games last 3-4 minutes; matches consist of the best 2 out of 3 games.
• Games start with 2 balls on each side; elimination occurs if a player is hit or their thrown ball is caught.
• Players in the neutral zone can retrieve balls but cannot throw from there; crossing into the opposing team’s side leads to elimination.

Additional Dodgeball Rules

• Timeout calls can only be made by officials; players can hold a ball for 15 seconds before rolling it to the other side.
• Certain maneuvers are prohibited: headshots (except when someone ducks) and suicides.
• Age groups are categorized:
  • Group A: 0-4 years
  • Group B: 5-10 years
  • Group C: 11-15 years
  • Group D: 16+ years
• Age separation is enforced across all courts for safety.
