ShowingTime Appointment Scheduling
- Appointment durations exceeding 4 hours require contacting ShowingTime (ST) at 1-800-746-9464 for access.
- ShowingTime will send a text notification of approved access.
- If a property isn't listed in ShowingTime, contact the listing agent, seller, or builder.
- 8:30 am appointments have a ShowingTime start time of 7:45 am.
- 12:30 pm appointments have a ShowingTime start time of 11:45 am.
- 4:30 pm appointments have a ShowingTime start time of 3:45 pm.
- End times in ShowingTime will match the scheduled end times.
- Latest Time to contact agents or clients: 8pm EST.
- If there is an urgent matter for the next-day inspection, contact Brandon directly. He is preferred. If Brandon cannot attend, they should make time the following day to review the report.

Online Orders
- Online orders do not require follow-up confirmation unless property specifics need verification or property details differ from the listing.
- Inspector fees form required for online orders.
- Chat communication protocol includes greeting "Thank you for contacting Clarity Home Inspection this is --- How may I assist you today?"
- If a chat participant is unresponsive after two minutes, confirm their presence ("I have not heard from you, are you still with me?"). If no response after two more minutes, close the chat with the message: "Due to no response I will need to end this chat, if you wish to chat with us further feel free to reach out here or contact us directly by calling (412) 377-1165."
- Confirm with inspector prior to scheduling a next-day inspection requested after 4:30 PM.
- Schedule radon drop-off/pick-up dates/times 48 hours prior to inspection. Schedule events as 30-minute slots if outside the inspection window.
- Shed is for visual inspection only and not included in the report.
- If a quote email was requested, use a provided template in your work email account.
