- Fiscal Year: Runs from October 1st to September 30th of the following year.
- Goals: Broad statements of what the agency aims to achieve, usually requiring more than one year, and are measurable where possible.
- Objectives: Results the agency wants to achieve to partially fulfill a goal, achievable in a shorter time (less than one year).
Procedures in Establishing Goals
- Goals and objectives are flexible and can change yearly based on original intention, current application, and potential for achievement.
