  • This is a Secondary School Examination-2025 for Science (Compulsory).
  • The total number of questions are 110.
  • The exam is for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
  • The full marks are 80.
  • Candidates must enter their Question Booklet Serial No. (10 Digits) on the OMR Answer Sheet.
  • Candidates should answer in their own words if possible.
  • Figures on the right-hand margin indicate full marks.
  • Candidates have 15 minutes extra to read the questions carefully.
  • The question booklet is divided into SECTION-A and SECTION-B.

SECTION-A : Objective Type Questions

  • SECTION-A includes 80 objective type questions and candidates have to answer any 40 questions.
  • Each question carries one mark.
  • First 40 answers will be evaluated if more than 40 questions answered by any candidate.
  • Use a blue/black ball pen to darken the correct option on the OMR Answer Sheet.
  • Do not use whitener/liquid/blade/nail etc. on the OMR Answer sheet; otherwise, the result will be treated invalid.

SECTION-B : Short Answer Type Questions

  • SECTION-B includes 24 short answer type questions.
  • 8 questions are from Physics, 8 from Chemistry, and 8 from Biology.
  • Four questions are to be answered from each subject i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • Each question carries 2 marks.
  • There are 6 Long Answer type questions, two questions each from Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • Physics Long Answer Type questions carry 6 marks each.
  • Chemistry and Biology carry 5 marks each.
  • Answer of one question each from Physics, Chemistry and Biology is compulsory.
  • Use of any electronic appliances is strictly prohibited.
