• Office Procedures: Enter and exit quietly. Sign in upon arrival. Ask permission to use office phones. Wait patiently. Keep voice level 0-2. Answer adults' questions. Respect confidentiality ("mind your own business"). Use correct entrances/exits. Get a pass to return to class during class time.
• Morning Procedures: Enter gym/cafeteria quietly. Wear dress code and IDs. Follow staff directions. Students enter at 8:30 AM. Go directly to gym/cafeteria (breakfast). Late arrivals sign in and get a pass to class. All entrances/exits require a pass.
• Dismissal Procedures: Wait patiently and calmly in designated areas. Stay on sidewalks. Walk to destinations. Car riders exit front doors. Bus riders exit bus ramp doors. Open doors gently. Remove hands from keyboard/mouse when teacher is talking. Save work properly. Log on/off computer. Keep password private. Ask for permission to print. Report technology issues immediately. Keep settings as found. Log off before leaving.
• Restrooms: Line up outside quietly if more than 2 students inside. Keep floor dry. Dispose of trash properly. Wash hands. Follow the 10x10 Rule. Required restroom pass from teacher. Flush toilets. Clean up after yourself. Leave toilets/sinks in good condition. Respect privacy. Low voice level (0-2). Close stall door. Enter quietly, exit quietly. Report spills/issues immediately. Keep sinks clean. Dispose of trash in disposal. Return to class promptly.
• Library: Sit in designated areas. Keep all four chair legs on the floor. Enter/exit through student doors, one at a time. Reshelve books. Reading area = voice level 0; Computers/tables = voice level 1. One person per computer. Push in chair(s) upon finishing. Keep feet on the floor. Keep food/drinks out of library. Ask for help. Have a purpose and a pass. Have student ID for book checkout. Use computers for schoolwork only. Tell librarian if a book is damaged. Ask librarian before printing.
