Government Assistance Eligibility

Implementing Body
- The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is in charge of the implementation of this Act.

Implementing Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Trade and Industry, after consulting with the Secretary of Finance, must issue implementing rules and regulations within 30 days of the Act's approval.
Separability Clause
- If any provision of the Act gets declared unconstitutional, the remaining provisions will stay in effect.
Repealing Clause
- The second paragraph of a specific subsection of the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines is repealed
- Any inconsistent laws, executive orders, rules and regulations are also repealed or modified.
Effectivity
- The Act takes effect 15 days after it is published in two newspapers of general circulation.
