Referral Payout Eligibility
- Department heads (AVP and Above) are ineligible for referral payouts.
- Referrers must not be part of the interviewing panel or have a direct report relationship with the referred candidate to be eligible for payout.
- If the referred candidate is initially hired as an Intern, the referrer will not receive a payout.
Exclusions from Referral Payout
- Contingent Workers and Interns are excluded from referral payout eligibility.
Validity and Re-referral
- The validity period for a referred candidate is 3 months from the referral date.
