It also includes the behavior of elements, compounds and mixtures during these reactions.
In Rasayan Vijnana, students learn about the properties of different chemicals and how they react with one another under specific conditions. They explore acids and bases, salts, water solutions, gases and liquids, along with their respective physical and chemical characteristics. For example, each acid has its own unique set of properties like sourness, strength, ability to form salts etc., while every base can have unique properties such as alkalinity, solubility etc..
One important aspect of Rasayan Vijnana is stoichiometry, where students calculate the quantities of materials needed for a reaction based on balanced equations. This helps them understand proportionate mixing of chemicals for successful experiments.
