      • What the situation is and if the guest is conscience

    • Stop operation if needed or required
    • Keep the guest as comfortable as possible until first aid has arrived, but do not move a guest if they seem to have a back or neck injury
    • Offer the use of the buddy box as needed
    • If the guest is on the ride:
      • Unload other riders
      • Keep injured or ill rider on the ride and seated until first aid arrives
      • Offer buddy box, cup of water
      • Call in 29 with reference first aid call

    Guest in Danger Zone Procedure

    • Stop operation immediately and press the emergency stop
    • Call 5920 and say "Racer North/South is 29 with reference a Guest in a Danger Zone"
    • Dispatch an operator to the area to retrieve the guest
