- Without Nomad Premier Support, users are responsible for any damage, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations to their Nomad Internet modem.
- Users are also responsible for the full or partial retail cost if the modem is damaged, lost, or stolen.
- Nomad Internet's guidelines must be followed for proper operation and to avoid damage.
Damage Costs by Modem Model
- RAPTOR: 100% retail price (up to 6 months active), 80% (6-12 months), 65% (12-24 months), 55% (over 24 months).
- AIR: 100% (up to 6 months), 85% (6-12 months), 80% (12-24 months), 75% (over 24 months).
- ARK: 100% (up to 18 months), 85% (over 18 months).
- Other models: 100% regardless of activation time.
Modem Loss Costs
- 100% retail price (up to 12 months active).
- 90% (12-24 months).
- 80% (over 24 months).
Natural Disaster Exception
- For damage or loss due to a natural disaster (with sufficient evidence), the cost is 50% of the retail price for all models.
Modem Care Guidelines
- Store the modem in a safe, dry, and cool place.
- Avoid extreme conditions and unauthorized hardware/software modifications.
- Use only authorized accessories and cables.
Damage or Loss Procedure
- Nomad Internet assesses the modem's damage.
- Charges are based on model and activation time.
