Nomad Air Modem Setup

  • Nomad Air modem is pre-configured, activation required.
  • Visit provided link for activation instructions.
  • Step 1: Unbox modem, plug power cord into power port and wall outlet.
  • Step 2: Wait 30 minutes for modem to lock onto tower. LED will blink white, then green or blue when locked. Modem should be free of obstructions, in or near a window. Avoid placing in cabinet or basement.
  • Step 3: Locate primary Wi-Fi password printed on bottom of modem to connect devices.
  • SIM card is pre-installed, do not remove unless instructed.
