- The Faculty of Community Medicine was established as the last broad specialty of the medical profession, hence its continuing problems with vertical public health

- Primary care as the older part of the PH of PHS.
- The PHC revolution emerged between 1975 & 1978 as a repeat of the hospitalia movement, the civil revolutions in the PH of PHS that eventually gave birth to the Pennsylvania Hospital (1751)
