Prophethood and Miracles
- Claims of prophethood must be verified; some individuals claiming to be prophets are liars.
- Miracle (معجزة): A supernatural power granted to prophets by Allah as proof of their prophethood.
Examples of Miracles
- Prophet Ebrahim (ع): Survived being thrown into fire unharmed, with Allah commanding the fire to be cool and safe for him.
- Prophet Moosa (ع): His staff turned into a snake, swallowing the tricks of the magicians of Fir’on, leading the magicians to believe in Allah.
- Prophet Swalih (ع): Brought forth a she-camel from a rock as a sign for his people.
- Prophet Esa (ع): Healed the blind, cured leprosy, and resurrected the dead with Allah’s permission.
