Stakeholder Management
- Stakeholders are individuals or organizations with an interest or impact from the project.

- Stakeholders can be divided into:

- Stakeholder analysis involves identifying stakeholders, their interest in the project (time, cost, scope, benefit or quality), power, and interest. The results are plotted on a grid, which helps determine the appropriate method of interaction with each stakeholder (involve, engage, inform, consult etc).
- Different stakeholder groups have different levels of influence and interest, and this should be considered when managing them.
