  • Single source procurement is also known as direct contracting.
  • A method of procuring goods where the Procuring Entity asks for price quotations for readily available goods is called:

  • The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184 was approved by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) on August 09, 2016.
