Administrative Regions in the Philippines

2022 NDHS Questionnaires

• The Household Questionnaire collects information on household characteristics, while the Individual Questionnaire collects information on women of reproductive age (15-49 years old).

Eligibility for Interviews

• All household members who spent the night before the interview in the sample household are eligible to be interviewed.
• Additionally, all women aged 15-49 who are usual residents of the household or who stayed in the household the night before the interview are eligible for the Individual Questionnaire.
