- Teachers exhibit high moral values, technical and professional competence, and adhere to ethical and moral principles, standards, and values.
Article I - Scope and Limitations
- The Philippine Constitution mandates quality education for all and all teachers must work towards its full realization.
- This Code applies to all teachers in schools in the Philippines, both public and private.
