- Set by the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education and Accreditation agency (NAQAAE)

- Two versions issued by NAQAAE:
- 2009: Outcome based
- 2017: Competency based

- NARS 2009 focuses on gaining a huge amount of information with minor applications. Whereas NARS 2017 focuses using all information acquired during the learning period to solve professional problems.
