Weightage Calculation

• Assuming a candidate has obtained 389 marks out of 500 in SSLC, 958 marks out of 1200 in HSC and 1580 marks out of 2000 in Diploma
• Their weightage marks would be calculated as:
• SSLC: (389/500) * 100 * 0.20 = 15.56
• HSC: (958/1200) * 100 * 0.30 = 23.95
• Diploma: (1580/2000) * 100 * 0.50 = 39.50
• Total Weightage Marks = 15.56 + 23.95 + 39.50 = 79.01

Action for Discrepancies

• Candidates who have inadvertently furnished incorrect marks online, resulting in a variation between their calculated weightage marks and the published weightage marks.
• Evidence such as self-attested copies of SSLC, HSC mark sheets, and D.Pharm mark statements to the Member Secretary, Medical Services Recruitment Board.
• Representations must be sent via RPAD, Speed Post, or Courier to the Medical Services Recruitment Board at 7th Floor, DMS Buildings, 359, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai-6.
• The deadline for submission is 27.02.2024.
• Representations received after this date or sent via email/fax will not be entertained.
