- Conscientiousness involves traits related to achievement, credibility, conformity, and organization

Traits of Effective Leaders
- Dominance: wanting to be in charge and take control
- High-Energy: having drive, working hard to achieve goals, tolerating stress well, being enthusiastic, and persevering
