- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is being assessed
- Legend: Progress Acceptable (effective and efficient), Needs Improvement (slow progress, majority of tasks not done properly)
- Criterion: Team Leader
- Ensure high-quality CPR at all times
- Assign team member roles
- Ensure team members perform well
- Criterion: Tachycardia Management
- Start oxygen, place monitor, start IV if needed
- Place monitor correctly
- Recognize symptomatic tachycardia
- Administer amiodarone/adenosine in correct dose
- Prepare for second-line treatment
- Criterion: VF/Pulseless V-tach Management
- Recognize VF
- Clear before analyzing and shocking
- Immediately resume CPR after shocks
