- North Pole is also known as Hilagang Polo.
- South Pole is also known as Timog Polo.
- Northern Hemisphere is also known as Hilagang Hating Globo.
- Southern Hemisphere is also known as Timog Hating Globo.
Imaginary Lines
- Used to identify the different parts of the world.
Latitude
- Latitude lines are horizontal
- Also known as parallels or parallels of latitude.
Longitude
- Longitude are vertical lines on the globe that run from the North Pole to the South Pole.
Equator
- Equator divides the upper and lower parts of the world.
