Guide Structure
- The guide is divided into major parts: Sessions, Parent Track, and Teen Track.
- The Parent Track consists of 8 sessions: Getting Started, My Adolescence Journey, Body Talk, Parenting Talk, Protective Talk, Growing Together Talk, Bridging Session, and Closing Session.
Parent Track
- Session 2: My Adolescence Journey, where parents appreciate and understand the physical, emotional, and psychological changes happening to adolescents by journeying back to their own adolescence experiences.
- Session 3: Body Talk, where parents rediscover and appreciate their adolescence.
- Session 4: Parenting Talk, where parents share their parenting styles and appreciate its implications on their relationships with their adolescent children.
