- Kap Ising's Pancit Molo, a popular heritage eatery
- Started in the 1920s, managed by grandmother

Ingredients (Pancit Molo)
- Dumplings: Ground pork, shrimp, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, wonton wrappers
- Broth: Chicken (or chicken bones), onion, garlic, salt, pepper, water
- Toppings (optional): Fried garlic, chopped green onions/scallions, crispy shallots
Steps for making Pancit Molo
