PAMM Account Setup
- Email Verification: Check email for requests allowing money manager deposits and special cases; a "no" for the special case indicates a default setup.
- New Configuration Check: Determine if a new trading group is needed for the money manager (MM). Refer to PPT pages 15-17 for the procedure.
- Money Manager Creation: Create a money manager; consult PPT pages 18-25 for the process.
- PAMM Account Assignment: Assign the PAMM account to the sales owner in the PAMM admin portal. Refer to PPT page 51 for details.
- Staff Account Creation (if needed): If a staff account isn't found, create a new one for sales use. Refer to PPT pages 49-52 for the procedure.
- PAMM Virtual Account Transfer: Move the PAMM virtual account to the designated IB number. Follow the information in the account setup request email, including:
- IB brand
- Deposit payment group (NONE)
- Account type (check owner account for individual or corporate)
- Save the changes.
- Email Confirmation: Reply to the sales email. The email should include the PAMM account name, the trading account number, confirmation that the money manager is ready. Be sure to include the owner account number/name.
