Order Inspection Notifications
- Notify Tod and Brandon via SMS of any inspection changes for Brandon's orders.
- New: Include phase needed, property address, caller name & number, property sq ft, year built, foundation type, previous OID, and property services requested in SMS notifications to Tod.
Deviated Start Times
- Adhere to scheduled start times whenever possible.
- Schedule client requests within a 30-minute deviation from the usual start time.
- For deviations exceeding 30 minutes, contact the inspector to confirm their availability.
- If unable to schedule using the above options, call the LA.
- If the property is FSBO (For Sale By Owner), seller information is needed to gain access from the seller.
Promotions and Discounts
- Monthly Promotion: Do not proactively offer; add only if the caller mentions the current month's promo code (available HERE). Discount: $25. Note the actual promo code in the discount section.
- Warranty Inspection Discount: A total discount of $50 is automatically applied to Warranty (one-year) Inspections. Do not add any additional discounts to this inspection type.
- Repeat Customer: Discount of $25 for recent inspections (within 90 days).
- Online Scheduler: This discount is automatically applied by the online scheduler. Do not add any additional discounts if chosen. Discount: $25.
- Close the Deal: Do not apply this discount if other discounts have already been added. Discount: $25.
