Registering individual articular parameters (SCI, Bennett angle, ISS) is the first step in analyzing and planning oral rehabilitation to maintain and restore essential functions like mastication, speech, chewing, and esthetics.

SCI (angle between protrusive condylar path and Frankfort plane or other horizontal reference planes) influences dynamic tooth morphology.
Determining individual SCI values ensures better diagnosis, treatment planning, and more accurate prosthetic restorations, saving clinical time for occlusal interferences adjustments.

Several clinical, radiological, and instrumental methods have been proposed for condylar path registration.
CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) is the most accurate and non-invasive method for measuring glenoid fossa curvature and SCI angle.

CBCT scans have shown the highest rate of reliability for measuring SCI angle compared to other methods.
No statistically significant difference in right and left condylar inclination values was found in both dentate and edentulous groups using CBCT.

The findings agree with other studies, but contradict those of El Gheriani and Winstanley, and Zamacona et al., which may be due to heterogeneous sample populations.
No statistically significant difference in SCI values was observed between genders, consistent with other studies.
A statistically significant difference in SCI inclination values was found between dentate and edentulous cases, disagreeing with Das et al.'s study, which used OPG (Orthopantomogram) instead of CBCT.
