Lenses and Prescriptions
- Color contact lenses always require a prescription.
- Sphere and axis are used for single-use lenses.
- ADD is used for multifocal lenses.
- Bifocals and trifocals are only available in-store.
- Polarized lenses provide clarity, contrast, and 100% UVA and UVB protection.
Astigmatism
- Astigmatism occurs when the cornea or lens inside the eye has mismatched curves, causing blurred vision at all distances.
PD (Pupillary Distance)
- PD is the distance between the center of the pupil and the bridge of the nose.
- PD is required for online eyeglasses orders to ensure correct prescription setup in lenses.
- Universal PD values:
- Under 13 years old: 25
- 13-17 years old: 28.5
- Over 17 years old: 31.5

Serving Customers

Prescriptions and Orders
- Prescriptions should have a doctor's signature and expiration date.
- For external doctor prescriptions, select "Has doctor?" and save the image of the Rx.
- Leave the cart ID in Serve notes for the next agent to complete the order.
- Partly cancel an order by selecting "cancel consignment" and specifying the unwanted item.
- Place separate orders for each family member.
- Contact lens prescriptions are applicable for eye exams using the Eye Care Club.
