Refreshments are provided at Easy, including fruits, nuts, dried fruit, and other snacks
Easy covers 50% of the price of cereal and other bars

Computer Purchase at Easy is available for Easy HUB members only
Easy Talk and Easy Talk Afterparty events are held in-house
Home office and Flexi office options are available, subject to colleagues, clients, and agreements
Company-wide team-building events are organized

Easy provides support for learning and development, including competence development, leadership development, and career objectives
For approved learning events, Easy contributes 50% of the cost
If a learning event is not approved, but related to the worker's position, Easy still contributes 50%
Workers have a basic time budget of 2 hours per week for education
A budget of 3000 CZK is set for individuals (2023) for education and training
For expensive trainings, Easy may propose a gentleman's agreement, requiring the worker to stay with Easy for a certain period

Easy fully reimburses the cost of AI tools chosen by workers for education and development

Easy supports language lessons in languages used at work
Two types of language lessons are offered:
- Language maintenance lessons to keep language at a professional level (B2 or higher)
  - Learning languages to develop a professional level, as agreed in the Growth Plan
Easy contributes 50% of the price of one lesson per week for both types of language lessons
Time spent on language maintenance lessons is not logged as work time, while time spent on language development lessons is logged as work time

Workers who continue cooperation with Easy after the probation period may have 4 consultations on CliftonStrengths/StrengthFinder 34 assessment
The consultations focus on individual talents and winning strategies to use them effectively
