It sources the candidates with the abilities and attitude, which are required for achieving the objectives of an organization. Recruitment and Selection process is a process of identifying the jobs vacancy, analyzing the job requirements, reviewing applications, screening, shortlisting and selecting the right candidate. Embracing the culture of the Company and the Organization 6. Knowing what lies ahead for them Supervising employees Supervision is the act or function of overseeing something or somebody. A person who performs supervision is a "supervisor", but does not always have the formal title of supervisor. A person who is getting supervision is the "supervisee".
