NDA Group C Exam Pattern
The NDA Group C exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) to select candidates for various posts in the Indian Navy. The exam pattern consists of three stages:

Written Examination: This is the first stage of the NDA Group C exam. It consists of two papers, namely Paper I and Paper II. Paper I is an objective type paper that tests a candidate's knowledge of General Ability and Elementary Mathematics. Paper II is also an objective type paper that tests a candidate's knowledge of English. Both papers are of 200 marks each and have a duration of 2 hours.

SSB Interview: Shortlisted candidates based on their performance in the written exam are called for an interview at the Selection Centers of the Ministry of Defence. This interview is conducted by a five-member Services Selection Board (SSB). The candidate's overall performance in the interview is assessed by awarding marks on a scale of 0-100. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the written examination and the SSB interview.

Medical Examination: The candidates who qualify the written examination and SSB interview are called for a medical examination. It is mandatory for all the candidates to undergo a medical examination. The medical examination has to be carried out only by a Military Doctor in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Defence.
