    Mothi(Hindi: मोती) is one of the most popular sweet dishes from Uttar Pradesh, India. It's also known as Mohito, Motia Bhaturas, and Khurchan in other regions. This dish consists of tiny balls made with wheat flour (atta), stuffed with khoya (mawa), dried fruits like raisins, cashews or almonds, sugar, cardamom powder, and nuts, making it a delicious fusion of savory and sweet flavors.     The preparation process involves kneading the dough with some water into soft consistency and keeping it aside for 10 minutes.
