The Parting of the Red Sea

  • The Israelites cry out to the Lord, and Moses tells them to fear not and stand firm, for God will fight for them.
  • God instructs Moses to stretch out his staff and divide the sea, allowing the Israelites to pass through on dry ground.
  • The Egyptians pursue, but God hardens their hearts, and they are thrown into a panic, with their chariot wheels clogged.
