Getting Started
- Intake form required upon sign-up to specify job search criteria
- Dedicated Application Delivery team lead and application analyst assigned
- Resume review scheduled with Ashwin, who is the main point of contact throughout the process. Reach out to Ashwin or email [email protected] for any escalations
Process Overview
- Updated resume required, including latest job experiences, skills and references
- Custom Gmail account creation and sharing of credentials needed for application process. This is recommended to prevent account deletion.
- Following these tips ensures a successful onboarding process with Mobius Engine, increasing chances of landing a job
Process Overview (Timeline)
- Tracker updated every 2-3 days, adding jobs to the "For Approval" tab
- Feedback expected within 24 hours
- Approved jobs application process starts
- Daily updates on application status
- If feedback not provided within 24 hours, all "For Approval" jobs moved to the "Apply" tab, or applying next Monday can be done
- Application process is not linear. Fewer applications during first week are expected while criteria refined and tracker finalized
- Expired jobs on company website are verified, and tagged as expired, not included in job application volume
- Contact via the WhatsApp group for questions or concerns
Application Schedule
- Applications made Monday to Friday
- Tracker received twice a week for approval
- Real-time visibility to stay informed about applications and maintain control throughout the process
Service Plans
- Starter plan: Ideal for newcomers, focusing on applying for jobs. Approximately 200 job applications per month
- Plus plan: For multiple job functions, more flexibility. Approximately 300 job applications per month
- Advanced plan: Highest application volume and additional features. Approximately 400 job applications per month
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Effective date: 6/1/2024
- Policy applies to Starter, Plus, and Advanced Job Application Service plans only
- Eligibility: Client must be a Mobius customer for 4 weeks, subscribed to Starter, Plus or Advanced plan. Refunds requested within one week after cancellation.
- Acceptable reasons for refunds: Cancellation within 5 days of signup; Full refunds. Application volume not met. Refund of up to 25% of total value if Mobius fails to hit application volume targets (Example if 150 of 200 application were processed, 25% refund is issued). Maximum refund capped at 25%
- Refund process: State reason; send the request details to [email protected]. Approval within 5-10 business days. Refund issuance; refund process timeframe through original payment or PayPal, 3-5 business days. Partial Refunds based on service outlined above
- Non-refundable items: any services or items outside refund policy scope.
- Cancellation process: Self-service or email. Self-service portal can have cancellation videos for guidance; [email protected] to handle any issues if self-service fails
