Planner App Overview
- The Planner app in Microsoft Teams brings together all tasks and plans across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem in a single location.
- It helps manage tasks efficiently for individual plans, team initiatives, and larger-scale projects aligned to goals and strategic objectives.
Assigned to Me
- Includes all tasks assigned to you in Teams meeting notes, basic plans, premium plans, Loop components, and shared lists in To Do.
- Flagged emails from Outlook appear in the Flagged emails section, allowing direct navigation to emails from tasks.
All View
- Provides an aggregation of all individual tasks from Private tasks, Assigned to me, and Flagged emails.
- Allows filtering and sorting to meet specific needs, such as seeing all tasks due tomorrow and marked as urgent.
My Plans
- Displays all plans, regardless of their creation location (To Do, Planner, Project for the web, Loop, etc.).
