Microsoft Word and Excel
- Microsoft Word can be used to create letters, slideshow presentations, etc
- Microsoft Excel can be used for spreadsheets, databases, etc
- The larger and more complicated a system the more difficult it is to achieve goals. This is related to the idea of congruence, which is a state of agreement.
- A basic step in creating a worksheet is entering text and data. Copying the worksheet is not a basic step.
- Reversing the most recent action or command is useful for undoing mistakes, etc. Restoring deleted files isn't its primary function.
Database Models
- The Network model is a flexible database model for representing objects and their relationships.
- The hierarchical data model is another database model.
PowerPoint Animations
- Motion path is used for creating custom animation effects in PowerPoint.
- Custom moves are used for different strategic moves.
Hash Totals
- A hash total is the grand total of all rows and columns processed.
