Microsoft Word and Excel

• Microsoft Word can be used to create letters, slideshow presentations, etc
• Microsoft Excel can be used for spreadsheets, databases, etc
• The larger and more complicated a system the more difficult it is to achieve goals. This is related to the idea of congruence, which is a state of agreement.
• A basic step in creating a worksheet is entering text and data. Copying the worksheet is not a basic step.
• Reversing the most recent action or command is useful for undoing mistakes, etc. Restoring deleted files isn't its primary function.

Database Models

• The Network model is a flexible database model for representing objects and their relationships.
