Microscope Care Guidelines

Use a soft, lint-free cloth or lens paper (correct)

Rinse under running water

Rub with your fingers to remove smudges

Wipe with a regular tissue paper

Disconnect all wires from the microscope

Leave the slide on the stage for next use

Lower the stage to its lowest position and turn off the light (correct)

Clean the eyepiece before anything else

On a table without a cover to allow air circulation

In a damp area to keep it hydrated

Covered and placed in a dry area away from direct sunlight (correct)

Exposed to sunlight for a portion of the day
