Committee Guidelines Manual
- Purpose: Safety and health protocols for the MCHS November Fair 2024.
- Structure: Security Council (Chairperson, Co-Chairpersons, Faculty Advisors), Marshals (team leaders), Teams (20-25 members per team, including LKap and First Aid members).
- Operating Hours: Vary by day (November 21st, 22nd, 23rd). See document for specific times.
- Health Protocols: Face masks and temperature checks are no longer required. Students, faculty, staff, or guests feeling unwell should go to the clinic.
- Member Shifts: Full schedule provided. Members must log in 10 minutes before their shift and log out after.
- Prohibited Items: Outside food, drinks, tableware, utensils, bottles (plastics, cans, aluminum, styrofoam), balloons, sharp objects (scissors, knives), pyrotechnics (lighters, candles, fireworks), drugs, cigarettes, vapes.
- Public Display of Affection (PDA): Kissing, lying on laps, prolonged hugs, etc. are prohibited.
- Dress Code: Knee-length clothing or longer, no sleeveless tops (strap width restrictions), no tops with plunging necklines or low cut, no slippers or slides, limited accessories (except for Day 1).
- Emergency Protocols: Follow school protocols in case of natural or man-made disasters.
- Violations/Infractions Procedures: Process detailed for dress code, prohibited items, bullying, fights, harassment, and violence, and public displays of affection.
- Fair Proper Operations: Specific entry procedures, stamp colors for students/guests, policies on lost/found items, and baggage counter procedures for the fair.
- Night Event Operations: Procedures for entering the event, line scheme, and baggage procedures for the events.
