Fractions and Decimals
- Fractions: A way to represent part of a whole, written as a/b, where a is the numerator and b is the denominator
- Types of Fractions: Proper fractions ( numerator < denominator), improper fractions (numerator ≥ denominator), and mixed fractions (whole number and a proper fraction)
- Operations on Fractions: Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of fractions, including equivalent fractions and simplest form
