    Material Handling and Pouring

    • Inform the replenishment in-charge in case of material shortage
    • Ensure the bin is returned to its respective location after pouring
    • Connect grounding and bonding
    • Use the WIP PV vessel or MWS for small quantity pouring

    Weighing and Scanning

    • Place the vessel on a platform scale with a final weight check option
    • Select the final weight check option in MARCO menu
    • Scan the process order, tank tare weight, and confirm target quantity achieved
    • Press OK to proceed to mixing

    Mixing

    • Select a suitable stirrer and move the batch vessel near it
    • Ensure slow movement and a clean strainer
    • Update all required fields in the tulip mixing record
    • Start mixing in tulip according to SOP IFF-FRG-1932-PROD-REC-02
    • Place the vessel right below the stirrer arm, ensuring the arm is in the middle of the vessel
    • Adjust and lower the stirrer arm to the required depth
