Key Features of Salary Calculation System

• Salary calculation can be done in two ways: actual month days or fixed 30 days (only applicable for HRMS employees).
• Actual leave days are taken into account when calculating salary if the calculation is based on fixed 30 days.
• For new employees, the first month's salary is calculated based on the actual days worked (30 days of the month).
• Employees who joined on or before a specific date are included in the salary sheet.
• The standard salary information is displayed in the salary sheet columns.
• Employee salary information can be edited even if the salary sheet is approved.
• Payment for HRMS activities and sales representative commission is not allowed if no setup is created for them.
• The length of the account number (IBAN) is 23 characters.
• The wages protection system is applicable only in the UAE.
• Employer/company unique ID (MOLD) and bank routing code are required.
• The length of the account number can be fixed, with zero indicating no limit.
• All salaries, additions, and deductions are included in the income fixed category.
