- Incomplete verification results in file placement in WFMI and request for resubmission.
- Verification must include candidate name and client name/signature.
- Initials or partial names are acceptable for both client and candidate.
- Client name must be an individual's name, not a hiring group.
- CCRC consent form verification is acceptable if candidate name is present.
- Name on verification must match candidate's name.
- Verification must be cross-referenced with other documents in the file.
- Completely different names are not acceptable for verification.
- Acceptable different names include variations in first names (e.g. Mike vs. Michael).
