Bank Back End Portal: Home Screen

• Users enter username

• Users enter password

• The header displays bank-purchased modules

• Widgets provide customizable instant previews of pre-defined specific information after login

• Click Edit to change widgets

• Click "+ Add Widget" to view and add widgets

• Click Save to update the changes

• Click the download icon to save widget data

• Primary purpose of widgets: Provide real-time data/summaries of financial transactions, balances, and account activities

• Click Admin Maker tab to view the details of the logged in user

• Broadcast Messages Function

• Broadcast Messages ensure a specific message from the bank for its users upon logging in to the portal

• Navigate to Setup to initiate Broadcast Message

• Select Initiate under Broadcast Message

Key Steps to Initiate Broadcast Message

• Display Type: Choose Online or Offline

• Message For: Choose Bank, Corporate, or Both

• Select target audience e.g., Corporate Category, Corporate Code. Or Corporate User

• Create message

• Authentication is customizable by banks and crucial for financial resource access

• Enter Username

• Enter Password

• Type Captcha

• Confirm Secure Access Image and Message to login

• Enter Authentication Password received by the system

• Press Login

• Print Queue, Inventory Stock Branch, Advertisements and Broadcast Messages are available on the Home Screen

• Access the "Edit" or "Add Widget" button to customize the Home Screen View

• You can view the Users details from the Admin Menu

• The Corporate Front End Portal is used to facilitate corporate transactions and account management
