Key managers include Divisional Managers, Business Unit Managers, responsible for the success of their specific units; General Managers who oversee multiple areas; Product Line Managers, overseeing particular product lines; Brand Managers, responsible for a brand's overall success; and Regional Managers who are responsible for a geographic area.
Functional Level
- This level focuses on specific business functions. Functional Managers are responsible for specific functions (e.g., Human Resources Manager, Marketing Manager, Finance Manager). Other key members at this level include Department Heads and those responsible for related operations like Operations Managers, Product Development Managers, Customer Service Managers, Purchasing Managers, and Sales Managers.
