Facility Maintenance and Repair

Minor Repair and Maintenance

  • Included in the PAF Units' Annual Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE).
  • Implementation is undertaken by Base Engineers.

Major Repair and Renovation

  • Included in the PAF Units' annual proposal for special projects.
  • Implementation can be done either by contract or by admin through 355th AEW, depending on the degree and specialty of the works.

Prioritization Criteria

  • Based on the Master Development Plan.
  • Based on the Command Thrust and Guidance.
  • Based on the Facility Readiness Condition.

Special Projects

  • Any correction, alteration, addition, or change in the scopes of work for special projects must be endorsed to AFCE for review, evaluation, and validation.
