    Gearbox Components

    • Metal sealing rings are used in transmission systems where some leakage is acceptable.
    • Bushes are cylindrically shaped and held in place by press fit, taking radial load and supporting rotating parts.
    • Thrust washers are used to limit end play and reduce friction between two rotating parts, often in combination with flat thrust washers.

    Synchronizers
