- The Operations Master Copy holder is authorized to have 1 copy of the manual.
- I.R.I.C.A.O. 1 is authorized to have 1 copy.

- The Head of Training, Chief Flight Instructor, Safety Manager, Chief Ground Instructor, C.M.M, and Dispatch are each authorized to have 1 copy.

Revision and Update of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Revisions are to be recorded by inserting the "Date Filed" and signing in the "Filed by" box.
