Algemeen
- Geluid: Noise can be measured by authorities (noise pollution control, environmental officers, and OGP's).
- Lawaai: Noise is considered subjective, annoying and negative. Objective elements should be mentioned in subjective statements. Specific laws regarding night noise (561 SW, art 245 codes) are described in detail. Noise disrupting others' peace without reason (art. 285 codes) is forbidden.
- Betichtingsaanwijzer (92): A subjective assessment by police officer that can be done by anyone.
- Betichtingsaanwijzer (64): An objective assessment requiring a sound measurement by a OGP, environmental or noise officer.
- Vaststellingen: The quality of observations must include details like the complainant's identity (registered separately), and the correct address of the institution.
Private Bescherming
